General terms


The present general terms and conditions regulate the relations between “Happy Tour” OOD, EIK: 103258964, with headquarters and management address: Varna 9000, Golden Sands resort, and the guests of the hotels, in connection with the services provided.
When a guest uses our services, he is automatically deemed to have read, understood and accepted the rules set forth below.
The User and the Hotel enter into a contract for the advance reservation of the Room (Services) selected by the User upon payment of the reservation. All claims and obligations related to the services provided are settled between the User and the Hotel. A completed booking can be paid with any payment option available in the booking system.
The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of the reservation by the HOTEL, as well as payment of its full value according to the conditions. By making an online reservation, you confirm and accept these General Terms and Conditions and the Hotel Rules. The mere browsing of the Website does not create any agreement between HOTEL HAVANA and the Guests.

2.1. Online reservation
You can make an online reservation through the reservation module on our website , after entering the necessary parameters, such as period of stay, number of persons (adults and/or children), age of the children at the time of accommodation, meals and select the desired room type.
2.2. Confirmation of the reservation
Your reservation is considered confirmed, after receiving the e-mail address specified by you, of an automatic confirmation with the corresponding reservation number, when you book through the on-line reservation system of HOTEL HAVANA. A confirmed booking is NOT GUARANTEED until payment has been made in accordance with the booking terms. In order to confirm the reservation, the Customer must pay the amounts due as specified in the reservation conditions.

3.1. All prices shown on the HOTEL HAVANA Website are in the customer’s chosen currency, per room, per day and include VAT, tourist tax and insurance. Prices are valid for the period specified in the reservation system. In the presence of announced special and/or promotional package offers, the prices are indicated for the period applicable to them. The total amount due for each specific reservation is automatically calculated depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the selected current or applicable price offer for the relevant period.
3.2. All bookings, regardless of their origin, must be paid for in the hotel’s currency, except where special regulations are indicated by the hotel.
3.3. Promotional offers are only valid for bookings made in the period in which the promotion is announced, subject to the relevant conditions, and cannot be a reason for a request by a guest who has already booked to change the price, refund the difference in price or be a reason for a complaint .

4.1. Payment on site: Payment can be made by the User in cash or by card at the hotel reception.
4.2.Payment by bank transfer: Payment for the reservation can be made by bank transfer to the bank accounts specified in the reservation confirmation, in Euro or BGN. All bank fees and transfer costs are for the client’s account. When making the bank transfer, please enter the name of the person who will use the paid reservation and the reservation number as the basis for payment.
4.3. Payment through a virtual POS terminal with a debit/credit card through the online reservation system.

5.1. Changing, canceling and no-showing the reservation is possible according to the conditions in the relevant offer/package.
The cancellation deadline is linked to the start date of the booked service and the amount of the cancellation penalty depends on the total amount due for the booking.
Please note these cancellation conditions when making your reservation to avoid cancellation or no-show or early termination penalties.
5.2. Cancellation and changes to the reservation are made through the reservation system, according to the conditions in the offer/package.
5.3. Unless otherwise stated in the conditions of the specific reservation, the following general rules apply: 50% of the amount is paid up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the rest is due on the day of arrival. Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date. After 13 days or less before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due. Early check-out is charged for the entire stay.
5.4. HOTEL HAVANA has the right unilaterally and without paying compensation and/or penalties to cancel a reservation, during the guest’s stay, in the following cases:
– In case of behavior of a guest or his companion which, according to the Hotelier or his representatives and/or employees, causes danger, stress, harm, anger or serious inconvenience to other guests, employees or partners or creates a risk of damage to the property of the Hotelier or third parties .
– In case of violation of the Hotel Policy.
5.5. If HOTEL HAVANA cancels a reservation for reasons other than those specified in item 5.4. of this section V, the guest has the right to receive an analogous service under the same or similar conditions in another hotel, or a refund of the sums paid for the canceled reservation, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the guest.
5.6. Force majeure circumstances. None of the parties to the reservation contract shall be liable to the other party if its performance is prevented due to force majeure. Damages caused by force majeure shall be borne by the party to this Agreement to which they are caused. The two parties to the Agreement undertake joint actions to reduce the negative consequences resulting from the occurrence of force majeure circumstances.

6.1. The user should comply with the internal regulations of the hotel and the current Bulgarian laws;
6.2. The user must pay the price of the reservation made by him within the relevant period;
6.3. The hotel should provide the services described in the offer/package;
6.4. The hotel has the right to refuse an accepted reservation without any liability if the User does not pay the full amount within the agreed terms
6.5. The hotel is not responsible and does not owe refunds and/or payment of benefits to the guest in the event of:
– Incorrect filling of the reservation form by the guest or his proxy/representative;
– Damages or cancellations due to actions of third parties, including border and customs authorities, airlines, bus and rail carriers, regardless of whether due to these actions the guest(s) missed part of the service or even the whole service.

HOTEL HAVANA reserves the right to change its TERMS and CONDITIONS and POLICY.
