Hotel policy

Dear guest,

Hotel Havana management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these policy, whose aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay for our guests.

  • Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is until 11:30. Early check-in and late check-out are additionally paid.
  • All guests arriving at the hotel are required to provide an ID or passport.
  • External visitors to the hotel rooms are not allowed. All guests visiting your room must be registered at the Reception Desk.
  • According to Bulgarian Law smoking in the hotel is forbidden – at the reception, in the lobby bar,
    in the restaurant, in the rooms. In case of a violation a fee of 300 BGN will be added to your
    account.
  • For your own safety, please place all valuable items and documents in the safe at the Reception Desk. The guest is responsible for items left unattended in the room or on the hotel’s premises.
    Please note that the hotel is not responsible for theft, lost or damaged personal property during
    your stay.
  • Our housekeeping cleans the rooms and change towels every day, bed linen every three days. The rooms are cleaned from 8:00 to 16:00. If you have a “Do not disturb” sign and after 16:00 you change it to “Please, clean” your room will not be cleaned. Please contact reception Desk or dial 9.
  • If you are environmentalists like us, please leave your towels on the rack and use them again. If you want to get clean towels, please put your used towels on the floor.
  • It is not allowed to take towels out of the room. Towels for beach and pool are available at the Reception Desk with а deposit.
  • It is not allowed to take food and drinks out of the Restaurant.
  • It is not allowed to cook in the rooms and to use electrical and gas appliances.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
  • Keep quiet in the hotel building.
  • In order of safety in the hotel it is not allowed to violate commonly accepted standards of behavior, aggressive care, and actions threatening health and property to others.
  • Guests who do not respect the general policy of the hotel may be forced to leave the hotel without refunding the prepaid amounts.
